Zone Health and Fitness

I would (and do) recommend Zone to anyone looking for a quality gym in the Ocala region. I started working out here several years ago, but since moving back into town I’ve been happy to return back here! Compared to other gyms I’ve been a member at, Zone has a nice variety of equipment to accommodate all fitness levels. It’s always clean and good energy from staff. The owner, Ben, is constantly giving back to the members by hosting events & upgrading the space and equipment. Special shout-out to my trainer, Jeremy! I know every time I train with him I’m guaranteed to have an amazing workout. He does a great job understanding his clients’ goals and pushing them to achieve them & beyond! I always leave our sessions feeling super accomplished and motivated to keep building healthy habits :)

Jermey Little is hands down the best trainer. I could not have asked for anyone better to help me stay consistent. He consistently pushes me and helps me work towards my goal. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He really knows how to motivate me and help me reach the results I'm looking to achieve. I can not recommend him enough to anyone looking for a solid trainer who genuinely cares. The gym is clean and has a ton of amenities.

I started my fitness journey at planet fitness & my nest friend & I got so tired of all the drama there. So we swapped over to zone a few months ago & it has been the best decision ever!!! Always super clean & don't have kids hogging machines. Jeremy is one of the best motivational personal trainers ever!!!!!!! As someone who has a hard time gaining weight he has pushed me in such a better direction & I cant thank him enough!! 10/10 would recommend

I went to check this fitness place out that was recommended to me by a young lady named Kristi Ambrosia. So I walked in and I was greeted by a young man named Seth. First and foremost when I go into a place I'm looking for great customer service. This young man he has got some great customer service skills. He should be promoted to manager. I want to thank Seth for making my visit a great one. He gave me an entire tour, told me what everything was for; told me about all the packages they had and their prices. The place is definitely clean. Very happy with all of the added benefits like the tanning bad and the sauna, all the classes that they have. Such a great variety. I think I'm really going to like this. I'm definitely needing their services now that I've started this new health journey. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again Seth I really appreciate the fact that you treated me with such kindness.

Such amazing staff, equipment, quality, clean and fresh. This place is the real deal. I would recommend to anyone! The members are great too.. it’s so superb that this place exists. Can’t say enough about its awesomeness! We are lucky to have two locations and plenty of equipment. The owner is a pillar in the community as well.

I have been going to zone since they opened in 2014. Never had much of problem until recently. I kept getting approached by an employee there named Jasmine every time I would go in and she was working the desk. First, it was her hunting me down in the bathroom to tell me I had to upgrade to use that gym even though I was just told by two people the day before, one including Mary who is a manager, that since there's construction going on at zone west I don't need to upgrade. Then it was her telling me I couldn't buy any more day passes for my kids anymore I had to include them on my membership. I called and spoke to a manager at west and a manager at East and BOTH said there's no limit to child care passes. Jasmine was very rude to not only myself but my children whenever I went in there. Anytime she wasn't there I was able to walk in like I have been for the past 9 years and enjoy a workout. It's sad that they would rather loose a customer then to make all the rules the same for everyone. So after being bullied about a subject that obviously only pertained to myself I decided to cancel my membership, which jasmine was very happy to help with. Very unprofessional and unkind behavior to a long time customer. I know Ben wouldn't be happy to know his business is being ran this way.
